Construction Control Inc. is a firm of consulting engineers, building scientists, and environmental engineers that utilizes a team approach offering a diversified range of specialized services relating to the construction and rehabilitation of buildings and structures.

We provide advice and services on all stages of the construction process, from the initial site evaluation through design and construction to the repair and maintenance of aging buildings.

Since 1972, Construction Control Inc. has worked on thousands of construction, rehabilitation or building repair projects and has partnered many building owners and managers in the cost effective maintenance of their buildings.

Our team approach is followed in our work to utilize the overall experience of our staff. The entire resources of the firm are available to develop innovative state-of-the-art approaches to problem solving. In developing solutions, we balance practicality and cost effectiveness based on realistic expectations and experience. We are deeply committed to the best interests of our clients, and have a demonstrated ability to provide timely, professional services in an interactive and responsive manner.

Each department has staff with the experience to carry out complex assignments. On typical projects, a project manager is responsible for the technical and administrative work including analysis and reporting. One or more technical resource people are assigned to each project as required to assist in data gathering and field work. For Phase II/III or Phase IV studies, additional resource staff may be assigned, depending on requirements. For each project a report is internally peer reviewed as part of our quality control procedures.
